Our Social Wellness activities are for you to share with your Wellness Partner! Talk, laugh, tell, cry, or anything in between with your Partner. Their main goal is to help you implement your plan for aging wellness and support you on this journey.



Our Day-to-day Wellness activities understand that all need a little help. From weekly trips to the grocery store to quick stops at the pharmacy. Your plan can include transportation and light cleaning activities to make your life easier.



Lastly, our Medical Wellness activities help you navigate the complicated world of the US healthcare system. Your Wellness Partner will assist in medicine management, appointment setting, scheduling, and transportation. PLUS close the gap between you and your insurance plan’s benefits!
